I didn't make it into the studio in time for the show this morning.
The commute was horrible. There was an overturned slipper at the bottom of the stairs, then two cereal boxes collided on the kitchen over-pass. It was a mess.
Actually, I'm just trying to regulate my sleep. I've been finding that I'm really beat and take a nap almost every day when I get home from work, but then I'm wide awake when it's time for bed.
I'm hoping by sleeping in late today I won't be tired this evening and I can get my schedule back in line.
Have they discovered the cause of the cereal killer yet? Maybe it was just a noraml case of trying to all get to the bowl on the table at the same time.

I do the same thing JR. Force yourself to stay awake by changing your routine, like clean the house, go shopping, come chat live. Would love to hear you. Course, we just might put you to sleep.
