hey its slow here at work, I am calling it a work week! WOOHOOO!!!!

I'm done with this day.  Spent all afternoon writing up the paperwork for my annual performance evaluation.  I HATE THAT!!!  It just seems so wrong to have to write your own evaluation.   Peace out, all... talk with you soon.

I hate that job! My boss and I split the evaluations. But I am more realistic than him- or my three employees are newer and have issues! (Who doesn't!)


 


But for me this year- he rigged them all so I could get a bigger raise, so this year I LOVED my yearly evaluation!
