You must've bought yours a month after mine. When I got mine they were offering the 19" flat screen regular monitor. A month after I got it, then the flat panel monitor was standard. I was so mad!

Actually, I don't think it was standard at the time.

I paid for an upgrade. I just couldn't get myself to give up so much of my desk space. That's the nice thing about that corner unit, the monitor is off the desk anyway.

I remember my earlier computers, sitting on a normal desk that monitor would be 6 inches from my face. I hated that.

Now I have nothing but flat panels on all my computers.

It's actually not totally accurate, but now that I've posted the picture, he's moved. Imagine a cat in the same position, but leaning over the front instead of the side. I wouldn't know what to do if I could see my whole screen at once! And if you notice, I purposely left the top of the side shelves bare so each cat would have a spot. Now, if only I could get them to lay there!!!
