Our little 32k stream has chugged along, getting 4 or 5 listeners at a time during peak hours.
The limit is 10 (although you can exceed that limit if some are VIPS)
So tonight, I get home from work and I have seven emails, spaced roughly a half hour apart, each of them saying someone made the 32k line their favorite.
I check the stats, and sure enough, we're SOLD OUT on 32k! at one point we had FOURTEEN on that line! We are STILL sound out now!
I checked out stats and it looks like these people are from all over. Canada, multiple parts of the US.
So the question is. What the hell happened today that suddenly everybody dug down deep into the live365 file to find us ranked 46'th and then decide to play us?
Ok, I think I figured it out, and I think we have to thank Ruby again.
We're getting a ton of hits today from that freebie site she got us onto.
Now the way I figure it, people who like free stuff are probably USUALLY kind of frugal. The type of person who might have dial-up instead of braodband because it costs more.
You mean those weren't raisins either? I was talking about pooring the milk directly on the Grape Nuts. Exscuse me I think I have a phone call to make...
