What's for lunch today?

We have a wholesaler meeting, so I am having an Oriental Chicken Salad from Fuddruckers.

I had a panCAKE.

With boysenberry syrup.

More of a brunch really.

I had brought my lunch, but now it sounds really unappealing, so I ended up having cheese crackers and Fig Newtons.

Just got back from lunch.

I had two slices of turkey breast on wheat bread with fat free Miracle Whip and mustard, a "lite" 16 oz. can of mixed fruit, and a fat free Strawberry yogurt.

Yeah, I'm full, and it was fairly low cal and very low fat.

I had an Italian beef sammich from Miss Vicky's Diner by where I work. As part of trying to eat healthier, instead of fries, I had them put lettuce, onion and tomato on the thing- and I am full!

That was hard, they have the BEST fries.

I'm having trouble with the fries too, JD. I have not had fries yet in over three weeks.

I miss those little guys.

I had a boneless chicken breast in a white sauce, fruit cup,and a orange. This by the way was leftovers from when I actually cooked on Sunday. (If you don't know-I don't know how to cook really) It turned out yummy!

I eat an 8 oz yogurt every work-day - that's pretty much it.  I lost over 60 pounds about 2 years ago doing this routine and have kept it off.  The added bonus is I don't come back from lunch so full I want a nap........... sometimes.

Yep fries are my weakness. I need to say good bye to them. Maybe once a week but that's it. I bet I would lose 10 lbs just by cuting them out.

Look at them! Just daring me. Little golden bastards.

Cheese is ok. I'm not big on the cheese fries. But dump some chili on them and step aside.

Little golden bastards swimming in chili.

Chilli Cheese fries are one of my weaknesses also.  Then follow it with a Chocolate malt!  Very healthy - veg's, protein & dairy!

Okay, even though most of us have probably had lunch, I could go for some cheese fries. I guess I will have to be good this week and maybe this weekend treat myself. Or find someone to treat me.

I was intrigued....I thought maybe the 2 flavors combined into a delicious third......nope.....not at all.....

the other night I made this recipie- maple and mustard porkchops....straight out of Men's Health Magazine. I thought "no way, that would be soooo gross" but it worked. I was shocked, they were really good.

280 calories when served with a sweet potato...
