Mornin' ALL!

I'm happy to say I haven't taken a nap in two weeks!

WOO HOO!

That's good for me. I had fallen into a habit of a nap EVERY day. But it was screwing my sleep up something bad.

Now I've been able to go to bed at about 12:30 AM, sleep soundly, and wake up at 8:30 feeling refreshed.

I think when I'd take an hour or so nap during the day I wasn't tired enough at night, so a lot of times I wouldn''t fall asleep until 2 or 3 and then I wouldn't want to get up when the alarm rang.

Wow, am I STILL talking about this

I'll stop now
