RE: A Virtual Tour of Your Town

We have a boat, so if you can ever make  it you will get to see Charleston the best way possible! Here is my favorite spot:

I forgot I had real ones on my comoputer!
That is my hubby and his girls, with the Morris Island lighthouse in the background.

Here was something fun I did with sand dollars!

Got it...cool.

I don't know Morris Island, but it's all beautiful down there!  My brother has a boat, too.  He's got a house on John's Island, at a place called Church Creek.  We went crabbing the last time I was down there.  We'll definitely have to try to connect whenever I can get down there again...

Oh my hubby would be soo jealous. When our kids are gone we want to move closer to the water. We are only about 15 minutes from the nearest landing, but that is still too far for him. But Johns Island's school system is really poopy!

Here we go, I finally found a good one. Here's the town square in winter:

Here's a pic of IU, but there's so many and IU is half of Bloomington, that I don;t want to post too many:

Here's Kirkwood, one of the main downtown streets that leads straight to IU:

Kirkwood again, as seen looking out from IU:

And Lake Monroe:

It's not quite as small as some other people's towns around here, it's more mid-size, but other than the cold and stupid college kids, I like it.

Yeah, it's a nice spot.  My bro's kids are well beyond school age.  My nephew (his son) who lives on Sullivan's Island is 33 and he's his youngest kid.
