Earl reminds me of my buddy craiger- who is a mix of 50% earl and 50% Joe Dirt.

I was so grouchy last night and then for 30 minutes I laughed. A guilty laugh, but a BIG LAUGH!

I, too, share his fear of birds. But yes, I can even laugh at myself!

I've seen the show when they did a marathon on a Saturday. I liked it but I have too many shows. Oh and my hubby kinda feels funny about it. My hubby's name is Randy. His ex-wife married his friend who was named Earl. All it needed was a woman named Lisa. But he doesn't like being associated with "Randy"

I watched it last night. And I don't know what it is but I just don't care for the show. It seems almost everyone likes it. I also feel that about the show that follows it, The Office.

I didnt' watch either Earl or the Office at first.  Now I have to see them no matter what.

The office is almost too close to home. Earl is just so trashy I love it.  They're both refreshing to watch on TV.  Sitcoms got really lame for a while there.

Earl is great! Does anyone else recognize Randy as the fat football player from Varsity Blue? I bet he's lost 150 lbs.

Sorry Woo Hoo! I was wrong, I know thats hard to believe, He was actually on Remember the Titans and Butterfly Effect, Not Varsity Blues, that was Ron Lester.

This is Randy before the weight loss.

I didn't know until a few weeks ago Earl and Randy were the MallRats Movie guys. Randy was the guy who was ticked off that he couldn't see the picture the right way,

That's okay Sparky! I love Mallrats! I knew Jason Lee was in the movie but didn't recognize "Randy".

That's still shocking!

I probably would have watched it but about the time it came out, we were all dealing with the death of the "Earl" we knew that got killed on the job by a drunk driver last Feb. Earl was a tow man. When we do catch a glimpse of it-it is pretty funny.

It has a warm feel to it and it has a nice lesson without being preachy.

Nice ensemble cast....just a likable show
