With tomorrow being "D day" for this February 3rd virus, please make sure you have your antivirus up to date and run a full scan.

May I also suggest that if you are running Norton, don't renew it next time. In one of the podcasts I listen to, they highly recommend NOD32. I've been running it almost a year now and it works very well. When I got Norton off my system and installed NOD32, I was amazed at how much better my laptop was running.

I'm helping a friend over the phone with his computer. I begged him to uninstall Norton and see if it makes a difference. Today he finally did and just called again raving about how much faster his computer is running with Norton off of it. His computer is on the low end of just being enough machine to run XP and Norton was putting it over the edge.

I have no affiliation with NOD32 . . . just a happy user.
