you need to start hitting the high schools , with prom season rapidly approaching and all .

tell them if they order now and put 10% down you'll knock off 10% of the total .

which you don't have to do cause todays grads can't do math.

I have already visited all the local school in my area(theres 22 of them) and I have achieved a great number of exclusivity with them, about 50% So i know I have all those kids coming in eventually. We draw the kids in early with Prom agent nights, its wednesdays this month and every wednesday we have something we give to the kids when they come in to reserve thier tux. We also give them all $50 off thier tuxes. Some of the prom agent prizes have been tickets(2) to the the Celtics, Tickets (2) to see the Bruins, and last week was Best buy gift cards... so its pretty cool....High school kids are SUCH procrastinators though!
