My husband has been admitted to the hospital. They have no idea what's wrong with him...but whatever it is, they're sure it's worse because of his lupus. Man. This sucks. Big time.

Oh my gosh Pambo... Im so sorry! My prayers are with you. i hope your Hubby is okay. My future mother in law has Lupus too. Doctors dont knwo much about the disease. She has been in the hospital a few times. I hope all turns out well, Sorry about your trip- but you can always go later. Gotta make sure the hubby is okay.

I'm sorry about the cruise, but of course I'm MOST sorry about your husband! He WILL be in my prayers tonight. I hope they figure out the problem and are able to help him soon!

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the thoughts & prayers. Trust me. Every little bit helps.

I'm really worried. He doesn't want me here one second. The next, he does. He's too hot then too cold. He's acting like me when I'm sick. It's really scary.

Gosh how sad. I will say an extra prayer that he will heal quickly. I will pray for the doctors that may figure out quickly what it will take to fix him. Myndi said it best- let him get better, the cruise is just postponed!

Nothing new really. They're only treating him with Tylenol & ibuprofen...so I think they think it's viral. We're waiting on 4 blood cultures to see what they show. No news means no bad news. That's good enough for now.

On the up side, we did get to watch the Superbowl game together... after a fashion.  Pambo was at the hospital with her hubby and I was at home sick on the sofa.  Text messaging is a wonderful thing. It's not the same as a cruise by a long shot, but it was fun.

Nothing new to report. We're still waiting for results of blood cultures. This is day 4 & we still can't give this illness a name. Last night was the worst so far. He slept for about 45 minutes at a stretch. I've gotta go get some stuff for him now. Keep him in your thoughts, please.
