Richard had his internal sonogram today. He was still having the irregular beat so they shocked his heart. It worked. He's back in normal rhythm. (I wonder if, now that he's got his rhythm back, he can finally dance. Ha ha! )
He looks & feels much better but his counts are still low. Now we have to wear masks & gloves when we come see him. I'm so claustrophobic that the masks & gloves are making me crazy...but I'm still here.
Richard is doing better. His blood counts are still low so he's still in isolation. One of his doctors said he'd be out either yesterday or today...another vetoed that. He was crushed. No idea when he'll be released. He's hating being cooped up & being treated like he's sick. Plus, the steroids are kicking in which makes him a joy to be around. (We got in a fight today which we usually don't do).
It's really not much to report. We're just playing a waiting game.
