usually salt too- I've been tryin to be good about not snacking between meals- but on long days at work I'll grab a bag of pretzle bits-


every once in awhile I get a craving for skittles if I see them in the snack machine, or a hershey bar with almonds!

I usually have a craving for sugar.  Candy, cookies or ice cream. It usually depends on my mood. The longer I go without having a true sugary snack, the more I do not miss it, nor does it bother me. The problems is, once I have had something, I just want more. And we all know you can't do that. The trick is moderation and to just give your craving just enough to satisfy it.


I can do without the salt.


My biggest craving is a carbs craving. Bread, pretzels (I usually knock most of the salt off).

For me its the Chex mix all the way. any of the flavors. or Cheetos or Chocolate!

I love snacking... thats basically how I survive... dont eat many meals.. LOL


love chips and popcorn.... the best popcorn in the world is only sold by the boy scouts.... It will solve all cravings at once..... man i want some.... This has to be my ultimate favorite snack....


CHOCOLATE COVERED CARAMEL POPCORN!


man... its the best... Now i gotta go find me a boyscout.......


I also love candy,cakes....anything thats bad for you, I want it!

I am a chip, Dorito or pretzel guy....maybe some popcorn as a change of pace.


that with a cold diet pepsi...

just add a ball game and it doesnt get much better than that

Salty and sweet together is the perfect combination. I like to get the cheesy and caramel popcorn and mix the two together!
