I guess eventually the math had to catch up with us.
12 requests per person per hour. Average song lenght of 4 minutes. (ie: 48 minutes per person requesting each hour).
With more people tuning in on weekends to take advantage of the six pack we're getting way too backed up.
Right now there is a four and a half hour backup of tunes!
I'll have to cut it to a four pack for now, and I'll be shuffling the playlist throughout the day so you MIGHT hear your song sooner.

Yeah, someone was real busy this am. I logged on first thing this am, about 8. The playlist showed that requests had been picked for a while. I know Molly is at work today. Maybe it was her

Moving right along and pretending I didn't hear Webguy invoke the name of that OTHER station...
I'm not upset about the request total. Quite the opposite, I think it's great!
It means we're getting more and more active weekend listeners!
I just wanted to let you all know so that if we start limiting the requests you understand why.
We just want to make sure you don't have to wait forever to hear your songs.
