Hey Ultimo- I saw on my calendar at work that the 26th is Mothering day- what is that?

We have Mother's Day and Father's Day, don't you do those ones?

Well basically they are days for kids to get there Mom or Dad a card and present and give them a break from doing things for them, so you might make your Mom breakfast in bed and do the washing up all day or something like that, really it's just a way of the card company's making more money like most of these holidays!

I was just gonna say that you have it too, according to the net.

Not got amny plans this weekend, I'm out drinking with the boys tonight then at a works do with the girlfriend tommorow, so it's looks like another two day drinking session!

Finally got estimates . . . $400 to fix the fender of which we'll have to pay our $250 deductible.

I am hoping to have a minimal work day myself! I am at 40 hrs right now, I COULD bolt, but I like the 8 hrs of today being OT!

Sparky: It was a hit and run at the grocery store back in January.

I've got a friend that does some body work. He said he could probably straighten it and repaint the fender and have it looking "pretty good" but not perfect for $300. If they are going to raise our rates, we'll probably just do that. Its a 13 year old car with 85k miles so it doesn't need to be perfect.

Please. As if my boss actually knows what I do all day. I was just trying to get some pesky commission e-mails out of the way this morning before jumping back into the taxes.

Hello All! I wish I could goof off, but I think I'm working harder at home than I do at work!

At least I'm home though. Everything with the hubby went fine yesterday. Some problems with the anaesthesia but that's it. We were at the hospital a VERY long time though. Thanks for everyone's good thoughts!

Thanks, I know I will be busy. We didn't get a chance to clean up before the surgery so the house was trashed. Working on that, we have no food, I have b-day cards to make, the girl to pick up, hubby needs aspirin. etc! I hope after today it settles down.
