We are trying to sell it by owner first, put the signs up last week, if we don't get any bites in another week we will go with a Realtor.

S- give it a month- we were told to do it and we did not. The first person who looked at our house bought it!

How long did it take for your house to sell Ruby?

Ok, you must have missed it. We sold our house on contigency to the first person who looked. Probably seven to ten days after we listed it. BUT we held up the sale for two months trying to find something suitable! But all was good. God put us where we belong. Little E has 10 friends!

We have a house picked out, the builder is finishing it up so we will have about a month or so before completion.
