The where's the beef lady IS NOT dead. She lives in my neighborhood and was in front of me for 5 miles this am. She had a cardboard fan (with a popstick handle) trying to block the sun while she is trying to drive!

Yes, kinda like that- you could not see anything but blue hair sticking out above the seat (when I was behind her)- but when I hit the interstate- I passed her! Then I knew!
