Wow, it sounds like a very busy weekend! How's the girl? My weekend was pretty darn good. Busy, but a fun weekend. I'm finally getting over my cold, too. Yay! I took today off to work on getting stuff put away in my new apartment, but I decided to come chat with you all and have a coffee first. smile

let me just say....I wont need to exercise for the next few weeks. laughing.gif

I also woke up with a sore throat....I think its just from inhaling all the chemicals yesterday. My dad came one time and made us all go outside, we were getting high and didnt even know it. We were a little giggly but having fun at that point. Dads always take away the fun. biggrin.gif

I am on the sore side too, but it was self inflicted! lol

I think I posted already about some new workouts I tried. After I killed myself there, went and did the yardwork! I did not need to do painting on top of that yesterday. But the bathroom hasn't painted itself yet.....

he came in and said holy **** are you guys ok. We were washing the windows with janitorial strength ammonia. It was pretty bad.

oh I don't even remember now. I have digital cable and they have excercise tv which has various excercise segments to play. One was a dance type one. I felt a little silly but it was fun

Hahaha! All that matters is that you have fun with it - it's good motivation! I do a lot of pilates stuff and exercise ball work, just to keep the momentum going. One of my friends from work actually teaches a fitness class - get this - for pole dancing! I guess it is a big workout craze for women. I, personally, would crack my head open just trying. laughing.gif

Hahaha! I know! This woman's daughter actually opened a studio for women only. She teaches pole, lap, and exotic for fitness purposes. She has a lot of students - there are many everyday women who want to learn it for fun! I am amazed how many purchase a pole after getting involved in the class. How do you explain that one to company? laughing.gif
