Weipa mighty fine right now! And yay...wet season is officially over here! The road to Weipa finally opened again so the months of extreme isolation is over! We are still isolated but we at least have access by road again! Everyone has been celebrating! Yay!!!

LOL...it can feel that way! The only way to get out of town for all these months is by flight and that is usually $550 one way to just get to Cairns! They know how to get ya when wet season is here! Now the road has opened again...flights are cheaper again! Yay!!! And more tourists will come to town so it will be nice to see some fresh new faces around! smile

How I am feeling is very hard to describe! But everyone is happy here again! It is so weird to be cut off from the rest of the country for 5 months of the year!
