Yep, it's a new feature we got a couple months ago. First of course, hit reply. Then type in your message. Then under the box where you type in your message, there will be a few links. The first one probably says "Use Advanced Editor" the next should be "Show Preview" then the emoticons will be on the right, then there's a checkbox for "Email me whenever there is a new post to this topic," and finally a checkbox next to Attach Images. After you check that checkbox, scroll down and there should be a list of File Name and Source File boxes. Just click on the first Browse button, find the image on your computer, and click Open. Then scroll down and click Upload Files. It'll upload the picture, and then you can click Submit like usual.
