 looks like it's going to be a fine day here . some errands/ cleaning etc. this AM followed by a whole lotta relaxing.

Hi everyone.

I'm being kind of slow in getting around today.

I got my servers moving backup files from Phoenix to Atlanta. That will be done in a couple hours.

We got the bushes in the back all cut down. Now today, I have a HUGE pile of branches to load into the pickup and get to the tree dump. I expect it will take 3 trips to get it all hauled out.

Gotta spend some time practicing my bass for two services tomorrow. I think I'm pretty well ready though. I'll probably be more nervous than normal becuase the early service is combined with another local church and there will be about twice as many people as usual.

Well, so much for Tupperware. I was wrong, my car has more metal on it that I thought. I know this because my hood, roof, and trunk now have a bunch of little dents on them. We got caught in some hail last night coming home, but I thought it was so loud just because we were in the car, but apparently we got pelted pretty good. There's even a quarter sized hole in my rear passenger side light cover. I've never had to submit a claim to my car insurance before, so I guess I'll see how well Geico does.

So far so good, they already called me back and scheduled an appointment to look at my car on Monday, and they apologized that it couldn't be sooner. I'm impressed.

Sorry about that too MZ. But glad you two are ok. We are all having some rough weather lately! Hope your deductible is not too high.


 


Well I spent an hour in my flower bed this am weeding it out and cutting dead bulbs. Then went to Home Depot and got about 15 new things to plant! Took the boy to church to hide eggs, went to the grocery store to buy stuff for tomorrow's dinner, went back to get the boy and had to stop by the accountant's office to sign our taxes! This is the first time the hubby and I will get a refund! Woo hoo and it is over $3000! But alas, that just goes back to bills. Anyway, E finally is asleep- i am going to plant! I love my garden!


 


Good luck tomorrow Web! I hate Easter mass when all the twice a year's come out!

I wish I could go down and sit with the ducks. But its nothing but a dusty loud construction site now. And I am sure the ducks are long gone. Huron wouldn't come back to that.

Good Afternoon all! 69 degrees and it's just the little one and me, she is playing in the washer box, Friday we put a load in the old one and heard a noise that sounded like sledge hammers were hitting the house. It was actually the washer tub trying to get out of the washer itself! A trip to Menards and $379.00 later I'm doing laundry.

We got the back yard cleaned up.

It took three trips to the tree dump in my small Madza pickup, but it was stacked high and tied on. It looks like we got done just in time. The wind kicked up and is blowing dust through here like crazy. Must be front rolling through.

Actually I think it's the rear Web, it blew through here yesterday.


I'm still waiting on you to come help me rake up the pine needles from the fall. Can I count on you Easter Sunday? I have a few eggs I'll throw in.

Its still 80 here now and there is a good chance of storms this afternoon/evening.

Oh yeah . . . the pine needles. Didn't we do that yet? I must have forgotten about that. Sorry, tomorrow's not good for me. Gotta be at the church and ready for practice by 7:00, then sunrise service, breakfast, 2nd service, and our parents are coming for Easter Dinner.

Looks like the needles will have to wait another weekend.
