RE: Saturday morning!

Oh hey, that sounds good! Chef I guess bought us a big old italian cheese roll thing from the Public Market that I will bring over tomorrow. If we can heat it at like 375 for 10 minutes, its awesome.

Don't know if it is technically Italian, but garlic mashed taters are awesome!

Hereis a recipe:

  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Place potatoes and garlic in a saucepan. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 20 minutes; drain. Place drained potatoes and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients; beat with mixer until smooth. Serves 6 to 8.

Hey! I actually bought garlic, I can mash it and grate it and mix it in, and the parmesan cheese is no problem.

YES, bring wine if you please!

WOO HOO! It just gets better and better.

The only thing that is missing is having Giadi De Lorenso as our guest (KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF HER JD! I SAW HER FIRST!)

I'll send her an e-vite for tomorrow night! They have her email on the food network site. She can stop by, have some fine Italian food and join JD on the air for awhile (oh it's fun to fantasize).

Ok, you bring Rachel.

I just hope that dufus Emeril doesn't try elbowing his way in on the meal. He's sandwiched right between the two babes on the Food Network.
