Those of you who know about Wisconsin know that pretty much weather-wise we have June, July and Winter. Because of this, Milwaukee throws the world's largest 11 day music bash called Summerfest. It runs from the end of June and into July. Good affordable tickets for premium concerts at the main ampitheater, and a bunch of good headlining acts on several side-stages, free with paid admission onto the grounds. I just got a BIG announcement summerfest e-mail on some acts- at the main stage 2 nights of Tom Petty and Pearl Jam. Also, Michael McDonald and STEELY DAN will be there July 7th. July 9th, GooGoo Dolls and Counting Crowes! Nine Inch Nails WITH BAUHAUS I AM SOOOOO THERE!!!! Also Elvis Costello, Alice Cooper, Ray Davies are amoung the side-stage acts to be there! LOOKS TO BE A STELLAR YEAR!! I AM PUMPED!! www.summerfest.com Summerfest! Bands, Beer, Boogie-ing Babes in Bikinis.
