i think it's fake, but i've heard of noodlers pulling some outa the arkansas river that are pretty dang big.  dunno... never seen one fresh caught in real life.

He makes grouper fingers usually. Some fish he grills, some he fries, some he bakes! He cuts the filet and then will cut them like nuggets, coat and then deep fry em!
