Oh I can sleep...I'm nodding in my chair...just about to go but as I haven't been here for a while I just wanted to pop in....Not tuned in I'm afraid.....just wanted to say hi...

Ah well.... we found a nice one...made an offer....the offer was accepted....then we arranged for a building survey and paid for that and scheduled it in for Thursday...then on Tuesday got a call from the estate agent saying that the vendor had decided to  take the house offf the market...disappointed but back on the trail again....


we have found another now...and will probably go and take another look this week, with the girls whoe were away the weekend...and maybe will make an offer.....
