Ever since our crash the station has been on a playlist rotation that plays everything in our library, so even if people weren't requesting music it was a wild mix of anything and everything.

Starting tonight I've changed it back so that we play only the best of the 80's unless someone requests something else.

It's just one more step I'm HOPING will return some numbers to our audience (a lot of listeners never bother requesting songs, and I think our station has lost it's identity to a degree with the crazy mix 24 hours a day 7 days a week).

So we'll see

  a system crash caused it ? .  Hum..and all this time I thought JD had made a secret copy of keys and was sneaking in at night and programing the computer .

Actually Dave, I'm not entirely convinced that JD didn't sneak into the studio and crash the system to cause the destruction of the 80's playlist.

oh sure, he says he's glad we're back to 80's, but that could just be a cover!

At any rate, everyone just remember, ultimately YOU control the station with your requests. The 80's is just our fallback position.
