Yes and no, we know which one we want but we need to make sure the house will fit within city codes for the distance from the street. If so then yes, which it should.

How about a sunroof in that living room though? Can't have enough sunlight, and that'll help with the heating bill in the winter.

in the summer you can keep the shade drawn when it gets tooooooooooooo hot (they usually have automatic shades)

Oh no! It's during the week? That's the week I got that seminar thingy in another state other than WI or SD.

Darn. I really wanted to be there too.

I'm really EXCELLENT management material. I could have overseen Dylan while he supervised the movers.

Shucks.

Maybe next time though huh?

They say the average family moves every seven years, so I'll clear some time on my calander for around this time 2013. Sound like a plan?

Look. I feel real bad about not being able to help with the move, but what I CAN offer is to break in the couch for you.

You know, spend a week or two watching TV from it, spilling some beer on it. Drop some cheetos inbetween the cushions. Give it that "lived in" look that will make it feel like home.

It's ok, you're safe.

I haven't had any soda in a few hours so I got no carbination built up.

I was particularly proud of myself two nights ago. I had a nice, big burp saved and got a sales call. I just picked up the phone, gave em' a nice 9 second burp and hung up.

Gotta love those telemarketers

But ordinarily of course I'm QUITE refined. Just ask JD. I usually walk around in a tuxedo and display only the best of manners.
