can I tell you that I've had to call customer support (A JOKE) at XEROX Corp (A JOKE) and have had to wait upto 20 minutes at times before even getting the call picked up. The other times I just reach a busy signal and get dropped. Then they say "service will call you back within an hour for an expected time of arrival. (A JOKE).    

Yep, I was forgot. At the 10 minute mark, someone picked up the phone and asked who I was holding for. I finally got through just to find out that they didn't have what I needed. Gee, thanks.
