  morning all , went and got a haircut yesterday and while I was at the salon I got volenteered to look at one of the girls car.  Hard to say no when someone is holding a pair of scissors over your head and she knows you know something about cars lol.

was thinking about this last night- all veterans, this day is for them. But I spent some time really thinking about POWS. How hard it must be, if indeed they did make it home, to adjust to a "normal" reality after that. You've got some like John McCain who've just thrived too.

Good Morning all! Came home from the in-laws last night. We had a good time. Today it is already 85 with a high of 90 expected. I am wondering how I will get my flowers planted! This is to hot for me. Have a good holiday!

It's a simple equation Woo.

Plant one flower, drink one long island ice tea, plant one more flower, drink another long island ice tea, and so on and so on.

The Long Island Ice Tea will keep you cool, until your drunk enough to not even notice the temperature.

Then the next day your husband can marval at the bizzare flower pattern his drunken wife installed in the yard

Time to go do the dishes and then hop on the exercise bike for awhile.

Yesterday I hooked the laptop up the living room stereo so I can listen to the station while I bike. It sounds excellent! better than regular FM. So you guys make sure you pick some inspirational music to keep me going today! No slow stuff!

I forgot to say that on Friday night we went to dinner and then saw X-Men 3 at our new theater. The theater was chaos! They better work on some organization! Good thing I wasn't armed! And the movie was good if I could could just stop analyzing it! Read the comic back in the day and I can't help that I pick it apart! And I realize that some things would not go so well in a movie today. Hubby got annoyed with me I think. But I was quiet during the movie. I also think that Kelsey Grammer did a good job playing "Beast- Hank McCoy" despite what some critics have said! We also saw a trailer for "Ghost Rider" starring Nicholas Cage. Looks good!

I think I'm the only one of my friends that hasn't seen X-men 3 yet! I want to, but I'm a cheapskate, so we'll wait until we can use our 5 buck card on it.

We did get some of those Pirate card game packs. We're already hooked and want to buy a ton more!
