Congrats Ruby!

a few years ago it seemed like everywhere had a wage freeze. The place I formerly worked at gave everyone a 3% raise, first time in years. But then that March those who worked there for 5+ yrs were informed that health care was no longer free; they'd have to pay a premium....That was like $400+ a month right there for family coverage!! People freaked and left the company, but I think it was one of the last places where that was a "perk" for loyalty....god, I hated that place....
