I think there is a certain age where these celebs have to go on a mandatory diet of sprouts and grass.

  heard that Bob Segar had a new CD coming out but it was delayed till the fall , says its gonna be more like his old stuff , I'm hoping old as in - Live Bullet !  Get out of Denver and head to Katmandu !
