Well, that IS about how white my legs are! Yikes!

I don't need this crap! I'm OUTTA HERE!

(You'll notice I can't actually seem to pull myself away, I did go do the slam man and some hand weights, but I still gotta hit the exercise bike. I just keep putting it off. No motivation today )

Closest body of water around here Pip is lake Michigan, and you DON'T want to swim in that, expecially after a heavy rain like we had yesterday.

It would be like swimming in a community toilet

my aunt that works out 3 times a day(yes she is crazy) just had hernia surgery yesterday. SHe must have lifted too much.

Alright, I seriously gotta get on that darn bike.

If I'm back here before 12:11 PM CT then I'm just a BIG FAT LOSER WITH NO MOTIVATION!

Have a good rest of the morning everyone!

Oh, by the way, Sparky if you're reading this.

I saw you requested the CHICKEN DANCE song to play while you were in a meeting so you'd miss it.

I took the liberty of pushing it back in the cue an hour or so. I figured that way you could catch it buddy

Oh right, yeah, AND COLORED! Although I must admit I have found a speck or two of gray in my hair lately.

But for summer I got it cut super short like buzz so I won't be seeing THAT again til' fall!

That is SO wierd you said that because as I was typing it I thought "I bet LS hates buzz cuts"

But I'll tell you what, it's cool in the summer and it's NO MAINTENANCE!

Some day, when I get my dad's bald spot on the back of the head (and oh yeah, I'll get it, it's already thinner back there) I'll go buzz cut year round cus I just ain't gonna fight it.

Ok ok, look. I'm serious about the buzz cut thing, I happen to really like it.

But I have not now, nor have I EVER had a mullet!!!!

I was actually the ONLY PERSON ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET who realized how silly they looked back in the eighties already!

Mullet. You guys tire me out sometimes

Sparky had a really nice mullet once. When he was 12 and his dad made him cut it because his grandpa was coming for a visit. Grandpa showed up with longer hair than his was before he cut it.
