Man, there are so many places you can get stuff like that. I suggest just doing a Google search for 'glitter graphics' unless you have something specific in mind.

You'll have to add a bit of html around it like:

<img src="http://pathtoimage.jpg">

Of course changing the pathtoimage.jpg to the actual web address of the image you want to post.
