Hey vacation season is upon us! Anybody need a penguin for the penguin across America tour?

I'm poor we don't get to go anywhere really neat. Next week starting Tuesday night we will be up at hubby's parents house. I don't think he would want to go.

Nah I need your around for Sunday Nights bird; you know for when one of the wires fries and the studio catches fire or when I forget to go out of manual mode and everything crashes.....you can go, just be back by Sunday!

We really wanted to get a picture of the bird in Deadwood, we have MZ's bird right now. MZ do you want us to ship it back to you pretty soon? Otherwise we were thinking about going up there in the next week or so.

I have pics of the Penguin with me at the Oklahoma Aquarium last month. Also With My grandmothers passing I do get to make the trip to El Paso TExas. Bird will really be out of his element because it is DESERT but only 30 minutes from MExico. ( gotta love the TEquila shots)

The Penguin is one of my own as I was into the old comic strip Bloom County which had Opus the Penguin, Bill the Cat etc. Anyways they were funny so I took my Penguin with me.


 


Everything is still ok. The Memorial for my father is Monday at 2. Then about 30 people will be at the house. I already cleaned my mothers living room last night and we will tackle the bathroom and the Kitchen tonight.

I am going to the Dominican Republic in August... but that doesn't classify for the "penguin across America"...... but he is more than welcome to come with me!!!  All inclusive resort, and I will make sure he gets plenty of drinks, and sees lots of bikinis!!

Hey what can I say I am a risk taker!!!!!  Last year I went to Ft. Lauderdale at the end of August and missed hurricane Katrina (which hit there before New Orleans) by less than a week.

we just missed one two years ago in Playa del carmen, last year emily wiped out the resort we stayed in and then another smaller one can't recall the name did damage again after that. I am just amazed how fast they can rebuild things compared to in the US. Whats up with that?
