Turns out the nurse was nothing more than a jpg file. Just my luck.

I just ate a sandwich now (first thing I ate all day) and yes, it was ANOTHER Turkey sandwich, but this one is from a new container. Let's see if I can keep it down

I didn't want to risk eating anything today and being sick on the road.
