I did tempory, we need a part, our is broken.  I fixed it JR style duct tape and tin foil, just kidding. we do need a new part but, we have full water pressure right now

We had a problem with our toilet not flushing right, it would keep running. After "fixing" it several times, my husband ended up telling me I was just flushing the toilet wrong. That made me very mad, and I ended up fixing it myself. It still works, good as new.

come fix my kitchen sink next, it drips? I'd call the old maintenance man, but he never cleans up after himself and drags mud in.

I am really good at kitchen sink repairs, been there done that. Sparky and my mom tried one time and twisted off a pipe and had to replace a faucet on the middle of a blizzard.
