it personally doesn't really matter that much to me if I sit off to the side, but the person I go with usually wants about 8 rows back, center. the seats everybody wants.

I actually prefer to sit off to the side, our theaters have a middle section and then two small like 2-4 seat sections off to the side. Its purely to not have to move when people get up

I like to sit in the center or at the back, but I need to have seats that are close to the center of the screen, otherwise my neck starts to hurt.

Sounds like us Sparky- I took E last week to see Over the Hedge and last year to see Robots, but before that I think it was The Patriot! My hubby always falls asleep

Now that she is older though, I will go more. Oh yeah I went by myself not too long ago to see Pink Panther!

I like to sit at the back right in the middle if I can. Not been to the movies for a while though, will be going in a couple of weeks to see the new Pirates of the Caribean.

jerry McQuire! eeeesh!!! I bought that at the grocery store for $5, thinking ah well, save me a trip to the video store, and its mine. I thought it'd be about sports. Instead it was just a load of syrupy crap! Riggs didn't I give that to you, and even you thought it was terrible so you gave it to your sis? Didn't she try and give it back even too??

Usually we wait until they come out on DVD and rent them, that way you can sit at home in your underwear and knee high socks if you wanted to....not that I do that or anything but I could!

We don't go to very many movies. We used to wait and rent a couple now and then. Now, with the boy, there's not much in the mainstream that we want him to watch and he's such a night owl that we don't get to watch much either.

Now that he's getting a little older, we will probably start going to a few more. "Cars" a copule weeks ago and I think before that was "Chicken Little".

We try to sit in the middle, but the last few times have ended up moving. I don't understand . . . 100 empty seats in a theater and the tall, dumb, clueless guy has to come sit right in front of a five year old at a kids movie.

Do people just not care, don't think, or do they actually enjoy making other people miserable?

there is the oriental theater in town, really a cool place. On crowded nights they open up the balcony, and its cool to see a movie from up there.

If you get there early before the 7 o'clock show on saturday in the main theater, the organ guy comes out to play a few songs....
