did you try? Sparky always gives me crap about a time I did the little girl look and got out of a big one.  I was pretty proud of myself and he was mad I didn't get a ticket.

Yeah I told him I was late and I am the boss and my son split his chin open last night and I was up late at the ER. Did not work.


 


But there was a sting going on- lots of them on bikes clocking and pulling.

I don't know about your area Ruby, but around here the odds of getting out of a ticket on the 30'th of a month are about ZERO!

They got quota's to meet, the city wants that revenue each month, and the cops are doing nothing but writing tickets the final week of the month.

It is however a GREAT TIME to commit more serious crimes though, because the cops are all sitting behind a tree on the side of the roads.

Not really. Like I said, I've got a 400,000 ticket-less streak going other than one for not having my seatbelt on (I WAS speeding that day, but the cop said since I had a spotless record he wasn't going to ruin it for going 10 over the limit). That was nearly 7 years ago already though.

But my Mom works at the city, and I hear stories

its like that here too, they will never admit it but I see more people pulled over later in the month. They also seem to pick on out of state plates too, I was going faster than a car from colorado a while back and they pulled it over and not me. I think that is to try to bust drug traffic.

Only because I got pulled over by the same cop, in the same car you were driving and he hit me with a ticket!

This has worked for me everytime:


Dance around in your car, grab at you private area, wiggle and squirm and tell the police man to please hurry and give you the ticket becasue you have to go to the bathroom so bad you bladder is going to explode.  You have to really play it up, but for me it has worked everytime.

I read somewhere that if you just start to pick your nose as a cop walks up to the window, that he/she will just turn back around and go away. don't want to deal with another nutball.

Job stability right here.  Sorry about the ticket Ruby, but if it's any consolation, I was pulled over by a female RI state trooper a year ago, and I told her I was just going along with the other cars and didn't realize I was going too fast.  I then told her I worked for a police department, so I should know better.  You know what she told me?  "Do you have a good driver's record?"


  I said yes....


"well then appeal my ticket, here you go! The judge should let you get off for having a clean record"
