family is great.  hubby is in school going for his BA.  son will be 4 in a month. 

The swim is something i've wanted to do for like 3 years.  i finally looked into it and made a goal.  i can swim a mile--it takes me about 40 minutes in the pool, so i'm just working on getting that time better.  plus i have to practice getting in that river once a week!  IT IS COLD.  i don't know the temp yet.  but i go all the time and i never even get in because it's too cold.  even when it is 100 degrees out.  the event isn't a race and there are boats lined up all the way along to create like a channel for the swimmers and people are in kayaks and small boats going along with you so in case you can't make it...  but i will though.  i'll put pictures up.  i was thinking of making a video:  of my taining and the event and then put it in slow motion with "Chariots Of Fire"  wouldn't that be so funny!!

I like my job.  LIKE.  i only work 1 - 5 right now, with a few exceptions like today i'm doing a full day to cover for my boss.  but part time is about all i can take.  i get bored.  i know i'm a spoiled baby.
