I've gotta hit the gym before 1, they're closing early today. Then around 6, we're going to a picnic where the WinaFreds are playing. We'll probably be with them for the rest of the night.

We are going to a parade and a BBQ and Fireworks at dark. My favorite memory on the 4th of July, we make home made margaritas. Yummy!

I got the grass mowed so I can say I did something today.

We've got one happy kid. The Cartoon network is doing a "Foster's Home" marathon. He loves Foster's Home. Its actually pretty funny. Its one of those that we'll be watching it and laughing out loud and the boy will look at us "What? What's so funny?".

aw I love shows like that! the subtle adult humor in childrens shows!

I remember watching old elmer fudd cartoons with my grandpa. Same thing. Why is he laughing so hard at that? Nothing funny happened yet! Years later, I realize Elmer Fudd is the perfect universal epitomy of the (at least) one dumb-a$$ at work. brilliant!

The parade was pretty good, Little A got a lot of candy! The bbq is still going on, but we needed a break so we ran home for a little bit. See ya all later

LONG day! Caught a sea bass and dogfish and then gave up. Went out to eat at a dockside restaurant than to the beach for a bit. Then back home to clean up and party. Duane fried up some fish and we had our block party. 6 couples and 10 kids. We just finished 2 hours worth of fireworks. Gosh work is gonna suck tomorrow!

Wow, what an awesome city display this year. It is usually nice, but this was the best I've ever seen here.

We did our own little ones at home and everyone has gone.

The 4th is over for another year.

great set list, all the hits, great energy, some deep cuts. Richard Butler just looked like he was havin the time of his life up there!

Went to see the WinaFreds at the picnic. This is the first time they performed outside, and it was so cool! They looked so little on the big stage instead of in the corner of a bar or cafe. Mz's hubby didn't come though, because he was fighting off a migraine.

But he did come out to see the fireworks at the stadium later. We parked at a bar a few blocks away then walked to the stadium, then went back to Yogi's and had a few drinks.

Now I'm ready for a nap.
