here and there. Hubby was flipping between the 2 shows before I yelled at him. but now I am in the other room and I can hear him flipping. That little red-headed girl has some pipes on her!

I'm surprised you don't like it. I don't really like these kind of shows because usually you see a lot of crap. But there wasn't anything else on so we stopped and watched. I was impressed by many of them. Now I realize that maybe it was just the song they were singing, but time will tell. We even voted.

He is totally irresistable to me.  Even with the yucky tattoos & piercings.  Always loved him, always will.  Aside from his undeniable talent, he is really good looking  And I'm not just talking about his well-endowd-ness...  (Is that a word?)  His face is beautiful, his smile incredible, and he has a childlike quality that is really appealing.  Yes, in a lot of ways, he's an immature rockstar moron, but jit's not just that.  You can see it just by looking into his eyes.

I've never been able to get past all them tattoos. But for the most part I like his personality which allowed me to look closer. And OMG that smile and charm!

And I kinda like Josh's smiling.  He seems to be confident & enjoying himself.  He's a nice looking guy, too. My husband says he needs some eyeliner & stage clothes.  Might not be a bad idea, considering who he is auditioning for...

Sorry but it just drives me & hubby crazy. I guess because it's kinda a smirk. I don't mind smiling but it's the all the time thing. But maybe if he added the makeup......

Oh, sorry TN Girl - Like I said, I didn't catch all of it.


I've always been attracted to the bad boys, which makes my husband laugh, 'cause I'm such a goody-goody.  But I don't like them where I would want to start acting like them, or where I want to try & change them.  I just like them!  To me, Nikki Sixx is like the ultimate example of the attractive bad boy.

Agreed. Nikki Sixx is the hottest thing STILL in R&R. B.I. was another bad boy I had the hots for. I\'ve always LOVED the badboys. Don\'t know why, I\'m a religious zealot, right-wing conservative, and bean-counting financial advisor. Not exactly Tommy Lee\'s type, is it?

You can read the whole thing on melodicrock.com, but I'm just gonna post a piece of it that amused me, then a piece that disturbed me. 


Zayra looked ready for her part in the next Star Trek film, singing only marginally better than Kermit The Frog. Actually, I think Kermit has a better vocal tone.


The elimination - if you haven't seen it, don't bother...Supernova's on camera decision made absolutely zero sense whatsoever.


Kermit, sorry, Zayra was allowed to stay. WTF? Well, politics it seems....there appears to have been a off-camera battle with the ousted Phil, who did nothing wrong on the show itself.
Here's some info received overnight from a US source!  "Phil did a radio interview with a local radio station here in  Baltimore, MD and since he has a well known local band here in Maryland, the radio station asked him what his band mates think about him on the show. Phil replied that "they love it, they vote for me every week whether they think I suck or not they are happy cause they know what this is doing for our band and our website and myspace pages are getting record hits."


Apparently Phil was told before the show that the producers had heard about the remarks that he made about the show and his band and they were not happy and would discuss it with him after the show.  Next thing you know he is in the bottom three and they are telling him that they are questioning his commitment and intent with the band and show and that is why all of the contestants were so shocked when he was sent home.


Phil was given 30 minutes to pack all his clothes and personal stuff and he was carried to a hotel. That is when they discussed the comments he made to radio station and were very unhappy with him using the show as a vehicle for his own band. Tommy Lee also called him at his hotel room and talked with him the show and other things.  Apparently the plan was to send Zayre home and in light of Phil's  situation they decided to axe him. Phil was made to sign a
confidentiality pact with the producers of show before he left for the airport."  I'm promised more info shortly, so I'll follow up on this.
