Fill a medium mixing bowl to about 1/3 full with dry muesli.


Take a carton of fresh orange and slop some into the muesli - quite a bit to soak it.


Put it in the fridge for a while to let the muesli soak up the orange


Then cover the muesli with a large carton of Yofu and decorate with dried prunes or as I had ran out tonight I used dried apricots instead.


Put back into fridge overnight...next mornig serve yourself a portion in a breakfast bowl and eat and enjoy!!

No! No work!!! at least not for two days.


We went to Outback Steakhouse last night and I've had really bad indigestion for about six hours. I finally got up and took something and I think its starting to work.

Yeah that's a downside of eating late sometimes...i love eating out but I get bad heartburn sometimes...especially if I drink alcohol...(which I do) and also chocolate is nasty to me too....I will not be beaten by chocolat or alcohol though


Are Ally and little A sleeping still...It's great when the little ones stay in bed on a morning
