hey Mister Riggs...were you serious about straming FFR to www.jimco.com not to raise any redflags with the IT peiople at my work? I miss listening to FFR radio at work like hell.

I can set up a page you could open the stream from. They might still notice bandwith usage, but I doubt it. Depending on how many computers you have running, 32k is not a lot of bandwith. The sound isn't quite as good as the normal 64k stream, but it's pretty good and it's half the bandwith being used.

Well, this will still open a player, but it's not via live365 or freezeframeradio.com, so it wouldnt' be blocked by the IT guys until they found out about it.

Oh my God, anything would be better than listening to the same cd over and over again at work. Thanks so much! If and when you do it, please let me know. We have over 100 people in our office so I doubt it'll be obvious....I also work on many sites throughout the day so i dare them to try to figure this one out!

Ok, try this link (cut it and paste it into a window, then it could be bookmarked)

If it helps, I could load up some bogus work-related stuff onto the page and push the player to the bottom of the page, so if someone caught you with the window open it would look like you had work-related stuff up. I could even put an actual, updating web site if there's one you can legitimately claim to be using.

Otherwise you can just open the window and then minimize it.

Also- I don't know why this is but the drop down box at the bottom of the screen doesn't work for me. I always have to scroll down to the very bottom of the page to read most recent stuff.

I'm afraid I can't help you with that Cheeselvr, the forum is a third-party provider, I have no ability to alter it's basic design other than colors, backgrounds, etc.

Sounds great! I think I'd rather send you a personal email with the links of the sites I work on - on a daily basis, k? also, it looks like I won't be able to utilize the request list this way- just the streaming, right? (which is better than nothing)

No, that's ok...I suppose I could visit www.ffr.com to make a request occasionally......my connection is acting up tonight. i don't know why but all i'm getting is tht the server cannot be found at : http://www.jimmco.com/tunes.htm
