Joyous but Desperate, Accurate but Zany?


hmmmm....there was a huge tent of fortune tellers last night at Bastille Days too and plenty of folks in line too, ready to pay $20 to be suckered into a "spiritual" experience by an "expert". I was joyus that I saw that these people were idiots and I was not not a sucker like them. But I felt desperate to tell them what suckers and idiots they were. I think my assessment of them is Accurate, but it would have been Zany of me to tell them so. Seems like a perfect racket.

If they were serious, yeah, they were idiots. But I'll admit, I've done stuff like that just to get a kick out of it.
