I think I'm in an okay mood today, but I swear that people are trying to get me in a bad mood.

I'm getting the usual people who just don't 'get' it. You know, the type of people who only hear and read what they want to, not what's said, so they do the wrong thing and get themselves confused.

Then I got an email from someone asking me to put a picture on the web. I don't recognize the address. They didn't give their name. They didn't say what picture they wanted on the web. They didn't include a picture. I have no clue who this person is or what they want!

And then there's Kintera. Kintera is a 4 letter word to me. These are the people who host our website and offer some misguided 'tools.' I have had so many problems with these people. Right now, on our website, there is a page where people make their donations and select what patient they want to donate in honor of. Well, Kintera did an upgrade, and now the patient list is gone!!!! This causes more problems than I can describe. Hopefully, they can fix their screw up, otherwise I'll be putting in a late night...

8:03 PM, which would be 5:03 PM on the west coast, correct? They haven't fixed it...

I'm having one of those days to a lesser degree.

New customer trying to upload her first website. She keeps emailing me "It doesn't work" wiith very little info about what she's trying, or what she's seeing.

She will provide 5 sentences about how frustrated she is, but no information. I have litterally asked her four times if she has tried one certain operation and she won't answer my question . . . just more statements about how frustrated she is. Ok, that makes two of us.

Okay, at the office, no email, no voicemail, no nothing from $*&^%! Kintera. I think I'm going to leave it be, there's no way I could fix it all tonight, unless I get a call from someone who thinks I should.
