I am convinced the guy in front of me on the on ramp was on crack, but hey, be IN FRONT OF ME if that be the case, NOT BEHIND ME!


you know, we here all the stats on the population explosion. its really true. In the early 90s I could make it from my house to the university in 15 minutes during morning rush hour. It was gas and go all the way, every day. Then for a number of years I took afternoon and night classes. then about 7 yrs ago, I started working third shift so I could finish school during the day. I thought the travel time, on the same streets, would be the same. HOLY CRAP! NO WAY. IT WAS EASILY 45 minutes now, no construction...... In a matter of 6 yrs things just got nuts. so so many cars on the road.


And now that I still travel to work during rush hour, even for a short distance its felt. for the next dozen or so years they are revamping milwaukee's freeways to double the capacity. Crazy.

well, hey- thanks for asking. Not bad at all, all things considered. When I look at the alternatives, anything I could possibly gripe about is sooo minute.  Cold coffee, meetings running too long with nothing getting done.....

Tuesdays are usually pretty blah but I had a pretty good day. Nothing to complain about really. I was listening all day for a change, little A was a good girl most of the day. I was lazy and didn't get much done but thats ok.
