Yes, I can ALWAYS cling to my immaturity JD, it's funny how when you get older you don't think of those decade marks as being so old anymore hey? Now i think about Jerry Seinfeld being 53 or whatever he is and I think that 50 ain't that bad. But when I was in my teens a 30 year old might as well move into the old age home in my veiw.

up until recenty I though of 50 as older people, now they seem to be just older than me. I think I got old this year.

I don't think of you guys as old by any means. I was thinking about that age gap thread and 10 years is nothing. Its just fun to see Riggs get al flustered about it.

I never used to think about it. It really doesn't concern me on a day to day basis.

I think I'm just struck by how fast time moves now. It puts a bit of a stress on me like I'm racing against the clock to make something of my life. Whereas in the past I felt like I had a lifetime before me I'm now just too well aware that everything can change on a dime and you need to really make stuff happen NOW, not at some distant date in the future.

So I guess it's not so much about age as it is about how quick it all seems to be moving.

I understand how you feel, its like you have to have everything now or its too late.

I did, I had another really good day. I got to play on the forum at work I did have a coworker look over my shoulder a couple times and thought it was pretty cool.

Well you know how this works. Give her a little forum for free. When she's hooked, we make her start paying!

I'm glad you had a good day, and more importantly a good week. After last week I'm sure you needed it.

It sounds like Web & Hartz are the ones having the weeks from hell this week

I'm not sure why my week had been so good, must be the stars are aligned in my favor or something like that.

It's Karma I tell ya!

A bad week followed by a good week. Karma.

It seems like everytime I have a really bad day driving (like tonight, traffic was so bad I was almost an hour behind by the end of the night) the next day is a breeze.

Probably a bit psychological too though. After a bad week, it's probably only natural that the following week would seem better.

The key to never getting old is to have friends who are all older than you!

Funny you should say that Molly. I've always gravitated toward friends that were older than me. Usually a solid 7 - 10 years older. That always keeps me feeling young

Ally, all I can say to you is....

what makes me feel young is going to shows from the bands I loved in highschool. Like at the English Beat, there were a couple of young groups of kids, but by and large most folks looked 10 yrs older than me. Same at Psychadelic Furs and Elvis Costello. I like that, very cool folks who can actually have a conversation and are ready to cut lose and have some fun remembering way back when.... A lot of them have really cool stories about the bands- like seeing them in a club before they were big.

I have often felt that I would gladly be 20 yrs older than I am now if it meant that I could have seen the beatles, the doors, jimi hendrix live.
