Hey Web, I am having trouble with my e-mail? This is what it says.

any idears? We haven't beeb able to receive any email since the 13th.

I had a chrystal radio that I built in junior high from a kit for a science project. I remember studying the steps, doing them, but not having any knowledge as to the why...wrap this copper coil around a toilet paper tube!!.....last step was to hook a wire or two up to a plumbing pipe in the basement. By then my mind was blown. But there it was! a live radio.


I have a Radioshack Trunktracker 800mMhz police scanner radio I keep on sometimes. That's kinda fun.

If you know what all your mail settings "SHOULD" be, I'd try going through them and re-enering them again. Outlook especially is very good and messing mail settings up for no reason. Double check username/password, etc in the mail account settings.

Also, make sure you can ping the mail server. Open a command window but going to Start -> run and type: cmd.
In the command window, type: ping pop.midco.net
and hit enter. If you get a reply then you are getting to the server. If the ping times out, then you are not even able to get to it at all. That would mean the mail server is down, conection problem, or a firewall is blocking access.

My Kenwood is modified and wide open. It will transmit anywhere within its frequency coverage.

I can get the cell phone calls too. they mostly make me scared.....

Yeah, it sounds like you are getting to the server.

If you feel comfortable with trusting me with this info, you could PM me:

1. Email Address
2. Email Account Username
3. Email Account Password

And I could see if it works for me from here. If I can hit it, then it points back at your own email program (Outlook?). That would help us cut it in half between you/them.

If you don't feel comfortable doing that, I fully understand.

That reminds me of one I heard with this guy was telling his girlfriend how beautiful she was and really just giving it to her making her all ready to see him. Then all of a sudden he yells oh ****!! I just took half of my ingrown toe nail off when I kicked the stool and there is blood and ooze all over the place!!! Click....
