well, maybe to do this fairly, we will hold an essay contest for the ladies who wished to be stalked. Why I want (Riggs/Web/JD/Dave/Sparky etc) to be MY stalker. Best essay wins stalker of their choice!

Before anyone makes any wise-cracks, NO that's not ME behind the cart, that's the old guy I just bought the cart from!

I think I got a good deal too! $78,000 sounds fair for a hot dog cart right? He wouldn't include the supplies though, so I gotta go shopping today

Don't cry Riggs.... it should only be about 9 or 10 years before you start earning some sort of profit from that hot dog cart, once you pay it off.  All those tears are making me sad too.
