He can be going 90mph and then its time for bed and tell him to pick up and suddenly he'll fall to the floor "I'm too tired!".

He does good once he gets started picking up. We usually have to tell him what to do next because he gets overwhelmed and can't decide, but once he gets going, he does good.

Thanks for your right-on-time responses- you guys ar good- no great. I see I have a red start for Sr. Member. Where's the rank/file system so I know where I stand? What I have to aspire to? How much time do you give me before I bail? Really, what's the typical lifespan of a forum-user such as myself who is new to it (and can't really do it from work).

Oh, about the bailing.

We find that probably 80% of new people never get passed the first 10 posts.

If you DO get past the first 10 then you're likely to stick around awhile.

If you hit 1000 you're hooked for life

I'm not going anywhere. I really like this site.  I never - I mean never- went into chat rooms or anything like that before. It always seemed too creepy- but I feel really comfortable here. Thanks for making it such a pleasant environment.


Friends here? That's great!  Does that mean you'll ever come to downtown Chicago again and meet with your most loyal Chicago listener sometime? I think you need to add that to your photo album for Chicago Part II.

We REALLY should plan that JD. Once or twice a year just a quick weekend trip to visit one of our listeners!

I could hit the casinos! You could hit the local concert scene! We could treat the listener to dinner on the station!

We have a pretty small budget, but once or twice a year wouldn't kill us!

Plus if we would just get our act in gear and figure out a way to make a little profit on this thing the trips could be free!

Indiana could get us a two-fer visit. We could see Ray and his family and Brian & Michelle!

Maybe catch the Wina-Freds. Check out the, what's it called, the LIONS DEN?

Cheeselvr is obviously a quick trip from here.

Woo isn't too far, but her husband would probably balk at two guys coming out to take them to lunch. She makes it sound like he's not real fond of that type of thing.

Who else is close enough for a quick visit?

When we saw Cheese we could have Mo come out too! Meet em' both at a nice bar & restaurant someplace! I think Trish is pretty far South in Illinois so she probably wouldn't make it.

We'll have to flesh this out a bit! But I'm up for it! WOO HOO! Mini-tour!

Oh yeah, I already have a plan for you guys should you ever come! Don't forget, you have to come wine tasting too. But I don't know when you'll be bale to see the Wina-Freds. The bassist lives in Chicago now, but they're probably going to find a new one. But, that does mean I'll start making trips to Chicago, so maybe we can do a big Freeze Frame hookup there...
